Winner Island collects only the data needed to operate your account: name, date of birth, address, email, phone, payment-method details, IP address, device fingerprint and gameplay history. KYC documents (ID, proof of address) are stored encrypted at rest and deleted 5 years after account closure as required by anti-money-laundering law.
2. How we use it
- Operating your account: processing deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, support requests.
- Compliance: KYC, anti-money-laundering and responsible-gaming checks.
- Marketing: tailored bonus offers by email or SMS - opt-out at any time from the in-account preference centre.
- Fraud prevention: shared with payment processors, ID-verification partners and the Anjouan Gaming Authority on request.
3. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port and erase the data Winner Island holds about you, plus the right to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@winner-island.com - we respond within 30 days.
4. Cookies
Winner Island uses essential cookies (login, cart, fraud), analytical cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads). You can opt out of non-essential cookies from the cookie banner on first visit or from Account > Cookie Preferences any time after.
